How do we get the job done?
We use all kinds of different high calorie burning body-weight exercises in boot camp. Basically anything and everything you can do with your own to burn MAX calories in MINIMUM time! Our boot camp method gets tons of muscles working all at once to sky-rocket your metabolism!
I
have been working with Jeremy for almost five
months. My original goal was to see Jeremy one on one a few times, lose
some weight, gain some energy and improve my overall fitness level.

Our Boot Camp is designed to be challenging for all levels but the format we use allows each person to go at a pace they can handle. Many of our boot campers are new to exercise and they do great! And for our seasoned exercisers, our boot camp allows them to push themselves to the limit!

Will boot camp make you sore?YES, but after the first week of boot camp classes your body will quickly begin to adapt and you should be just fine.
