After years of gaining weight my
confidence slowly faded and I wasn't comfortable in my own skin. I knew I had
to make a change and that's when I went online and found Efficient Fitness. I
have been with Efficient Fitness for six months and have lost a total of 21.5
lbs. and 6% body fat! I can now squat 110 lbs. and do dead lifts with 105 lbs.
Throughout the process I got to throw away about 15 pairs of pants and I enjoy
shopping for clothes again! My confidence is definitely back and I love how
strong my legs and arms look! My trainer also helped me with my eating habits.
They gave me just a handful of eating tips, which was easy to follow. I love to
eat and I eat more now than I did when I was gaining weight! What I like about

about my boot camp. The basic goals of
my boot camp are to burn fat, lose weight, build strength, improve
health, and get that toned, fit look so many people are seeking.
But that's just the beginning. There's so much more that makes my

I would highly recommend Jeremy's boot camp to anyone. I have worked out
for several years and always spent at least an hour to an hour and a
half to complete my workout each day. What I love about boot camp is I
got better results but in half the time. The way Jeremy combines
exercises to include several body parts at one time along with cardio in
a 45 minute workout means there are no excuses to not work out even
with a busy schedule!! You don't even realize how many different

I joined the program because I
was looking for something more intense in a workout. I was involved in
martial arts but had reached a fitness plateau and felt like I could use
a change in my routine so I could see more results. I am also not a

So... just what is Fat Loss Boot Camp???I
have been working with Jeremy for almost five
months. My original goal was to see Jeremy one on one a few times, lose
some weight, gain some energy and improve my overall fitness level.

Is Boot Camp For Me?
Answer: Most Likely, YES!!
I design my fat loss boot camp to be challenging for all levels but the format I use allows each person to go at a pace they can handle. Though not everyone is ready for boot camp immediately, many of my boot campers are new to exercise and they do just fine. And for those "seasoned exercisers," my boot camp format allows them to push themselves to the max so they can keep improving too! To find out if you're ready for boot camp, I'll take you through a free sample workout so we can find out!
Will you be sore?
Yes, but after the first week of classes your body will be begin to adapt and you should be fine.
Will it be challenging?
