Whitney Lost 21.5 LBS and 6% Body Fat!



After years of gaining weight my confidence slowly faded and I wasn't comfortable in my own skin. I knew I had to make a change and that's when I went online and found Efficient Fitness. I have been with Efficient Fitness for six months and have lost a total of 21.5 lbs. and 6% body fat! I can now squat 110 lbs. and do dead lifts with 105 lbs. Throughout the process I got to throw away about 15 pairs of pants and I enjoy shopping for clothes again! My confidence is definitely back and I love how strong my legs and arms look! My trainer also helped me with my eating habits. They gave me just a handful of eating tips, which was easy to follow. I love to eat and I eat more now than I did when I was gaining weight! Let me tell you a little bit about my boot camp. The basic goals of my boot camp are to burn fat, lose weight, build strength, improve health, and get that toned, fit look so many people are seeking.

But that's just the beginning. There's so much more that makes my boot camp awesome. So I'm just gonna list some stuff that I think is really great about my class.

My class is progressive so when you are a beginner the workouts are a bit easier for you; then as you progress I'll make it more challenging when you're ready for it

I combine strength and cardio into one awesome workout

You get continuous nutrition coaching and can ask me questions whenever you need help--even send me emails outside of class with questions.

Every month we have a nutrition coaching class where we cover different topics. Recently, we went over "how to make a healthy meal." We talked about portion sizes, carb and protein ratios, compared different foods, meal timing, all kinds of stuff! It was eye-opening for a lot of people.

We do killer workouts that accomplish more in 40 minutes than most people normally do in a week

You get a boot camp instructor (me) who is well-educated with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, over 12 years experience, and has arguably the most well-respected fitness credential out there, the CSCS. Yeah, I'm braggin' a little but seriously, if you do decide to attend a boot camp --whether it's with me or somewhere else--please, please get a trainer who knows their stuff--like me :)

You get regular fitness testing to track your progress

We've got a "Boot Camp Hall of Fame" with tasks for you to achieve in order to be inducted. Once you make it in everyone will be excited for you, especially me.

You'll get a boot camp instructor (me) who really cares about your success.

You get to work out with a bunch of really cool people who will give you tons of support to reach your fitness goals. Plus you'll make some really awesome friends along the way. My boot campers are totally awesome!

You'll be noticed and recognized since my place is small (I'm a one-man show) and you won't be faceless and nameless like in a big health club. I joined the program because I was looking for something more intense in a workout. I was involved in martial arts but had reached a fitness plateau and felt like I could use a change in my routine so I could see more results. I am also not a person very motivated by the basic gym. When I started the program I was floored at how fun it was and how fast it worked. I was sweating in every class. Jeremy is a great instructor. He is knowledgeable, pushes you to work harder, and has a great sense of humor. He also has a nutrition day where he talks about how to maximize the results of your workout with proper nutrition. When I started eating as Jeremy recommended, what he told me would happen as a result, actually happened.  The classes are small so there is a sense of accountability to keep you reaching towards your goal since you are not just a number there. I really enjoy and look forward to going to these challenging classes. They are different everyday so you work your whole body. Personally, the classes are helping me to maintain my current weight, eat properly, and be strong and toned, which are my goals.

I design my fat loss boot camp to be challenging for all levels but the format I use allows each person to go at a pace they can handle. Though not everyone is ready for boot camp immediately, many of my boot campers are new to exercise and they do just fine. And for those "seasoned exercisers," my boot camp format allows them to push themselves to the max so they can keep improving too! To find out if you're ready for boot camp, I'll take you through a free sample workout so we can find out!



Will you be sore? 
Yes, but after the first week of classes your body will be begin to adapt and you should be fine.


Will it be challenging?
