I design my fat loss boot camp to be challenging for all levels but the format I use allows each person to go at a pace they can handle. Many of my boot campers are brand new to exercise and they do just fine. And for those "seasoned exercisers," my boot camp format allows them to push themselves to the max so they can keep improving too!



Will you be sore?  Yes, but after the first week of classes your body will be begin to adapt and you should be fine.
