A message from, Jeremy, your boot camp instructor
Let me tell you a little bit about my boot camp. The basic goals of
my boot camp are to burn fat, lose weight, build strength, improve
health, and get that toned, fit look so many people are seeking.
But that's just the beginning. There's so much more that makes my
boot camp awesome. So I'm just gonna list some stuff that I think is
really great about my class.

My class is progressive so when you are a beginner the workouts are a
bit easier for you; then as you progress I'll make it more challenging
when you're ready for it
I combine strength and cardio into one awesome workout
You get continuous nutrition coaching and can ask me questions
whenever you need help--even send me emails outside of class with
questions.
Every month we have a nutrition seminar where we cover different
topics. Recently, we went over "how to make a healthy meal." We talked
about portion sizes, carb and protein ratios, compared different foods,
meal timing, all kinds of stuff! It was eye-opening for a lot of people.
We do killer workouts that accomplish more in 45 minutes than most
people normally do in a week
I've got fun recipes for you to take home with you
You get a boot camp instructor (me) who is well-educated with a
Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, over 12 years experience, and has
arguably the most well-respected fitness credential out there, the
CSCS. Yeah, I'm braggin' a little but seriously, if you do decide to
attend a boot camp --whether it's with me or somewhere else--please,
please get a trainer who knows their stuff--like me :)
You get regular fitness testing to track your progress
We've got a "Boot Camp Hall of Fame" with tasks for you to achieve
in order to be inducted. Then you get your name on the wall to recognize
your achievements and everyone will be excited for you, especially me.
You'll get a boot camp instructor (me) who really cares about your
success
You get to work out with a bunch of really cool people who will give
you tons of support to reach your fitness goals. Plus you'll make some
really awesome friends along the way. My boot campers are totally
awesome!
You'll be noticed and recognized since my place is small (I'm a
one-man show) and you won't be faceless and nameless like in a big
health club. You get tons of attention from the owner of the
company--me! I will know you by name and will wonder where you are if
you don't show up for class. I will care about your success and push you
to succeed.
When you finish class you will feel like you really accomplished
something that day and will have that invigorating feeling that you get
when you've had an awesome workout
After a few months of boot camp you will accomplish things you never
thought possible and will have a new perspective on fitness and health
